If you’re using the Ajman BOD app for the first time, you’ll need to create an account before booking a ride. Here’s how to do it.

• Tap the ‘Sign Up’ button on the app’s home screen.
• Fill in the requested information on the first page.
• Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the second page. After following the steps, the registration will be completed. 

In addition, if a friend referred you, enter their promo code by clicking the blue ‘Redeem your promo code’ option. After completing all the steps, press ‘Join’ to finish the signup process and start booking rides.

Service Fees 

The service fee is AED 7 per person. If a customer wishes to book the service for additional passengers, an extra AED 4 is charged per person, with a maximum of four passengers per booking.

In addition, customers must provide a credit or debit card when applying for this service. This helps save them from the hassle of carrying cash. You can pay with any credit/debit card or a Masaar card in Ajman. Each time you ride, the fare is automatically charged to your card on file.

Eligibility 

The passenger should be 16 years or above to avail this service. Also, children under 13 can ride the bus, provided that an adult accompanies them.
