The BMW M4 CS Edition VR46 exemplifies BMW’s commitment to exclusive, precision engineering. The efficiency of the M brand’s vehicles is proven by its four consecutive Le Mans victories and six European Touring Car titles (1973–1979), a key BMW M cars fact. Continuing this legacy, the BMW M4 CS Edition VR46 is available in two distinct design variants: Sport and Style.

Performance

The BMW M4 CS Edition VR46 is fitted with a 3.0L, six-cylinder in-line engine and M TwinPower Turbo technology. This track-ready engine generates up to 550 hp, has a maximum charge pressure of 2.1 bar, and has model-specific tweaks to the engine management for quick power delivery. It is paired with an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission, M xDrive intelligent all-wheel-drive system, and Active M Differential. 

Furthermore, the new BMW M4 CS VR46 limited edition can accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and 200 km/h in 11.1 seconds. With the ‘1-foot rollout’ method, these figures drop to 3.1 and 10.8 seconds, respectively. 

Enhancing its electronically limited top speed of 302 km/h, the titanium rear silencer and dual-branch exhaust system deliver an exhilarating roar. The sturdy engine mount boosts power response, while the cooling and oil systems prevent overheating during high-performance driving. 

Exterior

The BMW M4 CS VR46 exterior design features an ultimate fusion of performance, exclusivity and bold elements. This special edition features two BMW Individual paint finishes. The sport variant offers a Marina Bay Blue metallic body with an oversized ‘46’ in Tanzanite Blue metallic. On the other hand, the Style version boasts a matte Frozen Tanzanite Blue metallic finish with the ‘46’ in Frozen Marina Bay Blue metallic.

Bold yellow accents add a bold touch to the M kidney grille outline, a V-spoke on the forged M wheels, brake callipers and a door frame stripe. The hand-painted carbon-fibre roof stands out with a bold VR46 logo and signature, enhancing its premium feel. With matte black twin tailpipes, carbon aero details and an aggressive stance, the BMW M4 CS VR46 stands as a symbol of high performance.

Rossi’s VR46 logo is placed on the head restraints and door sills. The yellow stitching and a centre marker complement the M Alcantara steering wheel. Lastly, a carbon-fibre ‘1/46’ badge on the centre console is an indication of the vehicle’s rarity.

The BMW M4 VR46 2025 delivers precision and agility, owing to the finely tuned chassis that enhances power and balance. From the axle kinematics to the wheel camber settings, all components have been adjusted to enhance steering accuracy, cornering stability and overall handling dynamics.
